Managing human resources is no easy task, especially for companies who work internationally. For another project in the hospitality industry we helped design hotel chain Motel One merge our map format with their corporate identity and design to create a career map that takes you around the globe and highlights all of the exciting job opportunities at various Motel One locations.⁠ When moving to a new country or city for a new position, you need help finding your new way around and settling in, which is why we were inspired by the format of a city map. The career map serves as an informational tool for both existing employees, who can learn how to build up and advance their careers, as well as for the recruitment of new ones. The map provides information about jobs from all areas of expertise and departments, showcasing positions that might not be as well known to the public from a more personal and approachable perspective.
